Control Hub — mission control for all projects
Challenge
Dozens of projects at once — client websites, CRM systems, part-time work. Statuses, hosting and domain payments, credentials, tasks and earnings scattered across Excel, notes and messengers. No single picture: what needs paying this month, which sites are down, how much was actually earned, and where the credentials for each project live.
What was built
A personal dashboard built on Laravel 12 + Inertia 2 + React 19. A flexible modular architecture: the project type determines the set of module tabs, and each section is its own page with its own functionality. New project types are added via config without touching the core.
Projects & kanban
manage every project with a task board on @dnd-kit (drag-n-drop, statuses, priorities).
Credentials vault
encrypted storage for logins, passwords and keys (encrypted cast), reveal for 10 seconds.
Finances
earnings at a FIXED NBU rate as of the payment date (not the live rate), categorized expenses, net profit.
Monthly payments
reminders 3 days before month-end, history of actual amounts (recurring and build payments).
Site monitoring
daily uptime check at 12:00, Telegram alert when a site's status changes.
Sites as cards
favicons, platforms, creation dates, hosting and domain payment statuses in one list.

a site pipeline from development to live, partial build payments, auto-promotion to «Sites» on full payment.

Result
All projects, payments, credentials and earnings in one place. Payment reminders arrive on their own 3 days before month-end, monitoring catches site outages and sends a Telegram alert, and finances are computed at a fixed NBU rate.
